Traveling for Thanksgiving and had to take what was available. Room was spartan in the extreme - no lamps! - just overhead can lights giving the room all the ambience of a DMV waiting area. Watch out for the bugs! No breakfast although I doubt I would have eaten anything had it been available. Several sketchy characters lurking around the parking lot. $150 a night was about two-thirds too high for this dump.

Been there - done that - don't need to go back. So sorry we stopped here. NO elevators in the building. Lobby - breakfast area is dismal. Front desk clerks FAR more interested in their cell phones than tending to the customers. The front door is a few steps from the back dumpster area of a local seafood restaurant.

43 Rooms. swimming Pool, Exterior corridor Hotel/Motel. The motel allows pets in some rooms. There is a charge for pets. Excellent location with more than 20 Restaurants in walking distance.
Although our expectations were not super high because of the price we paid. We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival on the outside aesthetics. The outdated furniture while checking in gave me an idea of what to expect of our rooms. Sarah checked me in w a smile and although their was a problem she made it work and yes they do have dog friendly rooms but I would suggest you calling them in advance and letting them know you will be bringing your fur baby! We got a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke, again the room decor was truly out dated other than the upgraded TV set. the drawers didn't open and if they did it was not clean, the shower need a remodel. Their was a hole in the bathroom door. As far as I know they have new management and are trying to upgrade the place. Hopeful they do and people start giving them better stars.

Carom Inn is like $50 bucks a night, not The Georgian, come on! These bad reviews are silly! You get what you pay for, plus comfy beds, hot water, and a solid roof over your head. We stayed two nights for a quick weekend "business" trip, we would stay again.Staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions that you may have.

We booked this hotel for $57 through a third party. The hotel cancelled our pre paid reservation because they discovered they could get 7 times that amount due to the sold out Garth Brooks concert nearby. Even though we had booked weeks before, they waited less than 24 hours before our arrival to cancel our reservation. When we arrived (not even aware they had cancelled), they told us we could rebook the room for $350. Thank goodness the booking agency found us another room and paid the difference in prices. IF this is not illegal it should be!

We booked this hotel through Travelocity but arriving there the hotel was fully booked. Still fighting to be refunded since the hotel says I stayed there, when we had to sleep this night in our car!!!!!
