We were so incredibly satisfied with our stay here. The service was great, the rooms were perfectly outfitted, very beautifully updated, and CLEAN!!! I am very uptight about hotel cleanliness and easily “grossed out” and this place was so clean and comfortable! ACTUALLY clean, not just looked to be! We have absolutely no complaints, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

When I booked this place I was just looking for something clean, cheap and close to everything in 100 Mile. I got that and more. I stayed in a kitchenette room, it was the best equipped kitchenette room I have ever stayed in. The room was immaculately clean, the beds comfortable and the location was great! The only thing that could have made it perfect was if there was a bathtub in my room. But that's a small thing. I'll definitely stay here again!

I was just ending a 17 day motorcycle ride from Vancouver Island to Dawson City and return, this was my last hotel/motel stay. It was by far the best of the best. It covered all bases, reasonably priced, very clean, well updated, comfortable bed, fantastic internet, the tv channel package one of the best I have seen in years at a motel, the cute little characters folded from the towels on the bed and in the bathroom were a nice touch. When I arrived the outside temp was 35C/ 95F, I was initially concerned as the motel doesn't have A/C but the owner assured me it wouldn't be an issue and it wasn't. I would stay here again for sure!

started by them saying the rate in the ad was the winter rate and they forgot to change it. Tonight i had the worse motel experience of my life, and in 34 years of trucking there has been the odd bad one for sure but tonight's is one for the books ! I checked into the Imperial motel in 100 mile house just after 930 pm .I paid for my room and the second i got into the room there what looked to be a large wet spot just inside the door so i checked and it was dry and rather a big stain from a previous animal.i didnt want to be blamed and / or charged so i called the front desk immediately to let them know and asked if they would come see so i wouldnt have future surprises on my credit card after i leave accusing my dog of this.the girl at the front desk so its ok the housekeeper knows.she didn't have time to talk to anyone so now im assuming maybe she's the housekeeper.this was no big deal. Then i went into the bathroom to have a long awaited soak in the tub only to see all the enamel gone from most of the bottom if the tub and the mat i tried to cover it with was totally disgusting. At this point i resigned to just having a shower so i grabbed a towel off the rack only to find a huge hole in the wall behind it. There was a big ugly brown stain on the floor beside the garbage can under the counter and the heat shield on the floor register was mostly rusted. Someone had taken the microwave off the counter and put it on the bar fridge right in front of the air conditioner and whoever cleaned (?????) the room neglected to put it back. There was also a golf ball sized hole in the middle of the ceiling between the beds. I called the front desk and asked the girl to come see all this as this was way too shabby for what i had paid (just over $100 with taxes). She frowned at everything i showed her and she offered to give me 50% off.i said the place is disgusting and now with being after 10pm all the other small hotels arent accepting guest and only the big expensive one was open she agreed to a full refund and would let me stay till the morning as i was leaving early anyway. About half an hour later she called my room and told me she had told the owner what had happened and he said that i had to leave right away leaving me with no place to go at 11 pm. So here i am at.almost 3am writing this in my truck sitting in Quesnel where i am going to have to sleep until i can pickup a trailer in the morning. I have never been treated like thi9s in my life when i paid for a service and showed them how badly they didnt provide the service. Way to go Imperial Motel in 100 mile house! Ive included pictures
