Colorado is home to no less than twenty-six ski resorts such as those in Vail and Breckenridge; other winter activities include snowboarding, sledding, sleigh rides, snow hiking and snowmobiling. The state is blessed with national parks, grasslands and forests where in warmer weather you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking or rock climbing. Wildlife abounds, from bears to moose and raccoons to wolverines. More interested in local history? Head for either the Ute Indian Museum or the Koshare Indian Museum, and don't miss the forts such as Fort Garland and Bent's Old Fort. For a complete change, why not take a ride in a hot air balloon from South Park Valley or Boulder and admire Colorado's picturesque landscape from above?

Fish this time of the year for the bigger one's! September though November. Allow more time to find them (fish), then stand back for the big ones on power bait green and yellow with sparkles!

Beautiful lake in Estes Park. You need to pay a daily fee, but it’s great for picnics, fishing, boating. Perfect views of the Rocky mountains!

We offer boat rentals, sailing school and tours, service department, retail store offering logo merchandise, snack, drinks, ice cream and ice. But more than that, we offer an experience of a lifetime.
Staying in Summit County fo the summer and wanted to get a different view of the surroundings. We did a 2 hour pontoon boat rental from Dillon Marina and it was great. The online sign up was easy and the folks on the phone very helpful. Parking is right next to the Marina. Very clean restrooms and a snack bar style restaurant on site. We cruised the whole lake in 2 hours including a nice 30 minute siesta for snacks and pictures in the Snake River branch. Just be aware that you can not island hop or go in the narrows around the islands. All shore contact except the docks at Dillon and Frisco is not allowed. Also I would recommend going early in the day as when weather happens it is usually in the afternoon. Take jackets and maybe a blanket anyway just in case. All in all great fun for couples, a family and friends and the Marina staff are totally helpful.

Frisco Bay Marina is a certified clean marina located on the shores of scenic Dillon Reservoir in the heart of Summit County, Colorado. The Reservoir spans 3,300 acres and boasts 25 miles of shoreline surrounded by majestic peaks. At 9,017 feet in elevation, the boating season is weather dependent, but typically runs from early June to mid September. Frisco Bay Marina sits on the eastern end of Frisco's charming Main Street and brings lake life to this quintessential mountain town with boat and paddle sport rentals, a sandy beach and waterside dining. Dillon Reservoir is also a world class destination for sailing and regattas are regularly held on the reservoir.
