Agressives staff and impolite attitude, DO NOT STAY WITH THEM.
Reviewed By aabb223122321Really bad experience staying here. The location is great, and price ratio is good too; don’t get me wrong. It is just the customer service is very unhelpful. I tried to communicate with them through booking.com a few times, the reply is not particularly rude, but is definitely not polite either. The worst two points of staying here: first, you can’t store your luggage here after check out at 11; which is viewed as a major downside for a hotel. And the way they told you that they can’t store your luggage for you was rather impolite in my point of view. Second and worst of all, the cleaning staff continue disturb us before the check out time, keep knocking on the door, asking when we are leaving, before the check out time at 11. This behaviour is considered very aggressive and very inappropriate! Especially we’ve already told when she first knocked on the door that we will leave at 11. And after 10 mins at 10:45, she knocked again and aggressively, impolitely, wit this seemingly-wanted-to-kick-the-guest-our-attitude and ask us when we’re out of the room. And we had to emphasis we will leave at 11. This is just unacceptable. The worst place to stay ever. I really warn anyone who wants to come to Lucern NOT TO STAY WITH THEM.

Nice modern room with minor mistakes
Reviewed By aichinkaWe spent there just one night. The room was very nice, cozy, with a huge balcony. Equipped with modern furniture, new bathroom and all the facilities you need, we still found it pretty disgusting to find an ashtray FULL of smoked cigarettes on the table on the balcony. Next time maybe the housekeeping shouldn't forget that. We found the hotel rather empty (we went there in late summer, so maybe their high season is winter) so the second issue is about breakfast. I do not want to say it was overpriced for what we got (the prices are just high in that area and that's it) but definitely not sufficient. LOTS OF ham, cheese, salami, and three little slices of bread. No way to ask for more, the lady in the breakfast room (restaurant) didnt speak any english/italian and didnt seem to care at all. You get one croissant per person, one glass of juice per person. But the main issue is just not enough pastries. All these can be solved and it will be an ideal accomodation.

Reviewed By Dfabiano sO que há de bom é a localização, mas é difícil quem conheça, mesmo táxi da estação. O motivo é que não há placa nem recepção. Você paga por net e recebe um código que vai usar ao chegar. Só que abriu a porta,não há funcionários, tudo é com você. Fiquei 6 dias, não houve limpeza, o lixo se amontoa, a cama fica suja,como todo o quarto com o passar do tempo. Descobri que é um prédio aonde moram pessoas, para eles é bom,suas casas,para turista é péssimo e o preço não é barato,sim compatível com hotéis melhores.
