Reviewed By Boardapalooza_2010Travelled solo on a snowboarding trip and decided to stay at the affordable accommodations. Staff is great and very easy to get anywhere you want to go. Not being a pet owner I did not notice any difference if it was no pets allowed, very clean. Restaurant attached is relaxing with good food and service.

Reviewed By E7190XCnickwI ended up needing to use late check in (after 11pm) they made this process so easy and efficient! I arrived there and was able to park in the underground parking lot which was super clean for being a parking lot! The room was exactly as they sent in pictures. Awesome king bed with a lot more amenities in the room than I expected! The view was absolutely amazing out the window. I have taken so many pictures and sent them to friends. In the morning being able to just walk out the front doors down to a cafe (100m away) was a great experience for my family. I will be returning to snowbird lodge next year but for a longer stay. I highly recommend staying here to anyone! Snowbird lodge did an amazing job!

Reviewed By W6468IOjosephsWe had the pleasure of staying in the Monashee Suite in the Vance Creek Hotel. Newly remodelled, it was amazing. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly both before and during our 5 day stay in March 2022. The hotel location is perfect. Ski in, ski out and with the main street right out the front door all the restaurants, shops, and activities are right there.

The Townhouses, with exceptional mountain views, feature custom finishing, two car heated garages, washer and dryers, decks with hot tubs & BBQs. We are known for our warm hospitality and as the best ski-in, ski -out in the winter and biking in the summer. Our accommodation is a short 5 minute walk into Silver Star Village or a 30 minute drive into Vernon.

Reviewed By velociI have skied at several resorts in British Columbia and have found them all to be quite friendly. Unfortunately, many of them can no longer be considered affordable. Thankfully Silver Star does better than most. Pinnacles is part reason for this. If you are vacationing with a large group, Pinnacles offers very good basic accommodations, fantastic location, for a competitive price. The service, by the way, has always been excellent for us. Just understand that this is not a luxury hotel with silver room service trays. These are self-catered suites. I am not a frequent reviewer but I’m posting my review here today primarily because the 1-star review for Pinnacles is absolute rubbish. If one wants to be waited on like a precious little princess within 5 steps to the local pedicure, then a self-serve condo on a ski hill is not the place for you.

Experience the newest resort property at Silver Star. Smartly decorated condos located right next to the fun at the skating pond and Tube Town Adventure Park. Also featuring a bowling alley and restaurant on the lower level of the hotel. This is a perfect base for access to the Silver Queen Chair. Underground parking available at an extra fee.

Reviewed By ellenj211We stayed in apartment 333 and it had a VERY poorly equipped kitchen, our friends stayed in the adjoining apartment which had everything it needed. Example, we had 3 very small coffee cups in a 2 bedroom apartment with sleeping for 6. These units are individually owned so it depends on the owner. There is no onsite staff, but when you call for service they are quick to respond and staff is very friendly. You have to go up steps to get to the elevator so hauling your ‘stuff’ to the room can be a challenge, especially if you are bringing food for a week!
