Reviewed By John GWe've been many times before - and recommended friends to stay - yet every visit is a fresh pleasure. It's so nice to have such a warm welcome after a long day's drive: and the food is invariably delicious, served with excellent wines in a very lovely dining room. This time, not only did the patron bake us special gluten-free rolls (as he always does) but he had two big gluten-free loaves waiting for us to take on our journey when we left. How extraordinarily thoughtful!

Reviewed By derem8This was a stop over, on the way to the Loire Valley, where we were meeting family. Anthony and Patricia made us very welcome and the Room is well equipped with everything that you could possibly want. Bed very comfortable and Breakfast was a feast, couldn’t eat it all. Would highly recommend.

Reviewed By susana628Chez Vous was our first stop on our long journey down to Portugal. We were warmly welcomed & Roland was a pleasure to talk to. We stayed in the top floor suite offering a little more space and private bathroom within the suite. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well until our 4 year old dog decided she needed a walk at 4:00am! First time since a puppy this had happened & Roland was very understanding about being disturbed in the early hours. The breakfast was superb, a variety of mainly home made breads, croissants, cakes, cereal,preserves, yogurt & eggs to order. I enjoyed looking at large collections of ornaments & figures that they have accumulated over the years. We would love to return next time & see a little more of Sees and it's history.

Very poor customer service from Madam Patron

The hotel was shut on our arrival but we did eventually get hold of them by phone and were unceremoniously 'welcomed' by a very surly lady we later found to be the patron. The room was small but adequate and perfectly acceptable. As everywhere seemed to be shut in Sees, we ate at the hotel. The menu was small but the food again, perfectly acceptable, if nothing special. However, the service was surly and unfriendly with very little customer interaction, just take the order and go. After dinner we decided to take the dog for an evening walk. We were stopped from leaving by the patron who demanded we pay, not just for the, meal but also the accommodation. This was a first for me as we have travelled extensively in France and NEVER been asked to pay there and then. The patron did not attempt to discuss this but basically demanded payment. Having no choice we did, feeling very unhappy. At breakfast the next day the scant croissant, roll and coffee was far less than you would expect for the price. We were served one cup of coffee and on asking for another were treated as if we had asked for the impossible. On leaving, no-one said good day, good bye or thanks for coming. I have heard of UK guests being treated badly in France, but this was a first for me. I could not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate and can find nowhere else.

Reviewed By spinosa1This site was perfect for us heading south as we got of the ferry. Top tip is as you leave the motorway keep to the right toll booth the others will take you on a road that doesn't access the town and you'll have a 18km detour. The facilities were modern and well maintained. The site is in the town next to a service station and shops. It was quiet good size pitches and reasonable price. Although acsi theh wouldn't accept the card so no discount. Not the end of the world. We would return stay longer and recommend.

Nous mettons en avant la convivialité, la nature, les relations humaines. Vous réserver directement l'une ou l'autre de nos chambres directement par notre système de réservation. Si vous voulez avoir accès à une kitchenette choisissez l'un ou l'autre de nos petits gites les Amoureux ou la Maison bleue. Pour un mariage, anniversaire, stage, réception, vous privatisez l'ensemble du domaine avec l'accès aux salles de réception, de séminaire : selon vos désir, un devis est établi donnant lieu à une relation contractuelle avec inventaire à l'arrivée et au départ.

Reviewed By Vicky SThe owners were extremely rude. It took us 30 minutes to find someone to check in when we arrived. The room was not clean, and when I pointed this out the owner was extremely rude and aggressive. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom got soaked which made the floor very slippery and dangerous. Although dinner was delicious, the owner made us feel that it was a huge favour for us, inspite is booking the meal 2 months in advance. To sum it up, the owner stated "this is not a hotel" (?!) so don't expect service
