The hotel is old and historic with amazing views. The journey up to the hotel is an interesting cobble stone road and walk way. You are me by a hotel with stunning views of the Danube. The staff are very friendly and helpful with a good level of English. The rooms are a little dated in the style but not in quality. You are a quick walk to restaurants and the local attractions. Well worth a visit.

We booked 3 days in this "villa" with pool - to relax in this corona year. We paid full price of 315 euro per night. Before we booked it I asked about disinfection due to special conditions we live in, they told me every day after a guest they do " a full disinfection". Well, after we arrived we found something else - spiders in every room, dead insects in the fridge, on the walls, on the windows, dirty chairs, food rest on the chairs, dirty tables, damaged furniture, dirt on the floors.. we couldn't imagine to stay, eat and sleep in this accommodation. We told the owners what we found on the phone, they said they can send us a cleaning lady. Cleaning lady should work for at least 24h to clean all the issues we found, so we rejected this "offer" as they called it. Owners decided not to give us any money back. Pool area would be small but fine if the accommodation would be even acceptable or safe for guests.
