Business Trip in Neunkirchen
Reviewed By mehmetserefdI've visited the Hotel during a short business trip and was surprised when I have entered the building. From inside, the building was very nice and cozy. The staff was very nice and very friendly, a big, huge thank you for their hospitality. I was afraid that there will be noise from the main street beside the Hotel, but I was very surprised that I could not hear any of the cars nor the Trucks which were passing alongside. The Design of the rooms were adequate and comfortable. I personally have problems with pillows which cause me always sleepless Nights, but here they were perfect. The bed itself was nice and soft. Breakfast could be a bit better with a little more choice, but was tasty and fulfilling. All in all, I would recommend this property for everyone on short term visits.

Amazing hotel & breakfast
Reviewed By Jarret FAside from a slightly rough check-in, this was an amazing hotel. Great ground, kept spotless and AMAZING Breakfast! They smoke a variety of meets and samon, have variety of cheeses, eggs, juices, coffees and teas. They also have a restaurant on site. Depending on which building your room is in, you may have a hard time getting into the building after hours. The grounds also has a beautiful garden and kids play area.

Reviewed By Damian00Really nice small hotel located in quiet area close to ZOO, Very good place for the Business reasons, Very good and big breakfast. English language communication with staff is making no problem. Short distance to restaurants by walk or by car. Very positive place.

Reviewed By I5009EUthomaslDie Pension liegt direkt im Zentrum über einem ehemaligen Geschäftsgebäude. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Zugang zum Gebäude und den Zimmern erfolgt über digitale Codegeber. Alles modern und funktional. Leider hat der Fernseher der auch nur über WLAN geht nicht funktioniert. Es gab auch keine Bedienungsanleitung dazu. Da die Pension unbesetzt ist muss man die Mitarbeiterin über eine Kontaktnummer rufen. Diese war jedoch äußerst unfreundlich und meinte man sei schließlich in einer Pension da könne man keinen 24 Stunden Service erwarten. Zudem wären wir eh nur für eine Nacht da, da würde sie sich dann nicht drum kümmern. Kundenservice geht anders.

Reviewed By Sally BGood points: 1. Spacious room 2. Clean 3. Comfortable bed Bad Points 1. Difficulty in accessing the property. We were told to contact the owners before we arrived, which we did via email. No one responded so we had to wait out side for 45 minutes after making numerous phone calls until someone called back with the door and room codes. 2. Room was only made up for one person, so again had to wait 40 minutes for someone to turn up with more bed linen. 3. Only one curtain at the window, so at 5am I was wide awake with no chance of getting back to sleep. 4. The description of the hotel says toiletries and water will be provided, neither were. We had to ask for soap and we’re given a second hand bottle. 5. Walls are paper thin. Guests arriving back at 4:07am and chatting in the corridor woke me up. 6. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is no lift and it’s three flights of stairs to the rooms. 7. Not situated in the best area of Neunkirschen. 8. Parking out the front of the property is not secure.
