Stay away Rude manager
Reviewed By Joseph AI really hope the property owner and or the powers that be in the area remove the manager and his staff. They are disrespectful and unprofessional. Insulting to say the least. I would not recommend anyone to come here. Ever! The manager, I think his name is Manyak Al Sharmootas was super disrespectful to us when we arrived. Did not refund the money because we did not want to stay there. There is no elevator. The rooms are filthy and the service is what really set us off to search for another property. We ended up staying near the pyramids and Pyramid Eyes. This guy at desk has no moral fiber and his staff is just as lousy. Do NOT GO HERE!

Worst place total scam . I'm having nightmares about the place
Reviewed By Apoorva STeh person was supposed to pick me up from airport. But there was a delay due to rtpcr and in the meanwhile he left . I was alone in the dark late at night. The plave is located in one shady corner stable location no sane person would ever go. He took $20 cash and didn't return change. The room was 4 floors up with narrow staircase unfit to carry a suitcase. There is no AC. Only table fan The toilet was clogged and no water innthe bathroom. When I complained they said they'll come tomorrow but came v late in the morning. No toilet. No bathroom . They say they have fridge tv stove and entire 3 bedroom apartment . But there is no electricity in any of them . Only one light and fan in one room . I could only charge phone or use fan The bed has ants They don't even provide drinking water without charging extra money The wifi doesn't work .I kept complaining but they didn't bother at all . They gave me a password that didn't work at all..I had to use my own internet The bathtub had weird stuff in it . Flush had serious water problem. Bathroom didn't have any rack to hang clothes. Entire apartment was dark at night. No toilet paper The place is in a weird corner I got heatstroke because I got lost multiple times I was sick entire evening.
