Bathrooms and showers are clean. 24 hour manned gated entrance and someone is on duty around the clock. They offer RV Spaces, tents, cabanas and cabins. There is a huge pool & a thermal hot springs pooled filled daily. Complimentary laundry. The grounds are enormous and meticulously maintained. The Resort sits on the edge of Lake Chapala, the largest fresh water lake in Mexico and has its own lighthouse. Teo, the manager speaks perfect English and is very accommodating. The town is 7 minutes away and filled with fresh food markets daily as well as many restaurants and all the amenities you could ever need. In addition, it's only 30 minutes from Ajijic, the largest expat community in Mexico. I would highly recommend this resort. 2 Thumbs Up!

Our great value rooms offer you the perfect night sleep, whether you're staying away with the family, enjoying a city break or on the road for business. We have rich green areas, a swimming pool, our rooms are spacious and comfortable. We also provide free WI-FI service, cable TV on all rooms and continental breakfast is available from 8 am to 12 pm.
We spent the weekend on this hotel, took one of the villas. The place itself is old-fashioned, the rooms look like they've been the same and had the same furnishings since the 70s. Only piece of modernity was a flat-screen TV. I would of liked better attention to details on the villa. The toilet tank leaked, the kitchen faucet leaked, one of the lamps was broken, and even though we had plates and glasses on the kitchenette, there weren't any cutlery. The hotel grounds were well kept and the pool was nice. We had some shady neighbors on the villas adjacent to ours, so we mostly kept to ourselves. Not very nice when you want to mingle. Would come back if the details get worked out and the villas get some upgrades.
