Reviewed By Alvertos RSpent one night in a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment for 299 zloty, about €65, including breakfast. The room was clean, and quite large, with a small kitchenette, a guest bathroom, a small dining table, a sitting area with a TV, and a separate bedroom with a well sized bathroom. Everything worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic but tasty, buffet style. The building is quite impressive. Will return.

Very disappointing!!!
Reviewed By Ramona hWent with a party of 9 for dinner. Atmosphere is nice but food and service was terrible. There were very few people in the restaurant but service was negligent. After our drinks were brought to the table, we were not offered a second round. The staff brought our food and we didn’t see anyone again until the dishes were cleared long after we finished. 3 out of 9 dishes were ice cold. 2 dishes were very bland and were not eaten. 1 drink order incorrect. Unfortunately we were unable to complain until after we ate because staff did not return to the table and we didn’t even see anyone close enough to wave at for attention. . Staff brought plates to the table and handed them to one of our party and we had to pass the plates down the table to each other. The restaurant was recommended to us by locals but clearly that was based on appearance and not quality as this may be the only venue for modern dining in the area. Very nice patio and modern interior but if you are looking for a good meal then go to Jagiello. Overpriced as well but I guess we paid for the atmosphere because the food really wasn’t worth it at all.

Clean, comfortable, well priced
Reviewed By Alvertos RSpent 3 nights in a standard 2 bed room (221). The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a clean shower, with nice pressure water, and was quite large. The staff is polite and friendly, although not everyone speaks English. Ample parking both in the front and the back of the hotel. At 120 zloty per night, with breakfast, I think it's great value for money! Also, the hotel offers free, super fast (100Mbps) WiFi! My only complaint: the curtains in the room do not black out the light. When the sun rises, especially in the summer when that is very early, the rooms becomes super bright even with the curtains closed (see photo). I had an eye mask, so I was OK, but the owner should look into fixing that.

Reviewed By Ela ŚJest to restauracja godna polecenia, pyszne jedzenie, miła obsługa. Pizza jest jedną z najlepszych w okolicy. Ceny przystępne dla każdego. Każda większa impreza jest udana, ta mniejsza również. Duży wybór dań i przystawek. Pani Kucharka ma super smak :)

Classy little Restaurant in a beautiful little Town
Reviewed By Freddie MOn a day trip from Zamosc to the Ukraine border brought me to the beautiful little town of Hrubieszow, which I had never heard of and struggled to pronounce at first, but after dining at the Hotel- Restauracja Kasienki situated at Staszica 6 I'm glad I made the journey. Now I must point out that on this occasion I didn't stay at the Hotel, but had a wonderful meal in their delightful Restaurant and was so impressed with it that I managed a look at the Hotel rooms, which made me decide I will travel back next Spring and stay at the Hotel for a week. The Restaurant is spotlessly clean, the food is as good as any I have eaten in any decent Restaurant anywhere in the world and at a price that was surprisingly modest. The service was excellent and was performed in a cheerful but casual manner and the beer was superb at the right temperature. For a day tripper from Zamosz or a longer term visitor to Hrubieszow, the Kasienka is the perfect place to dine/stay. It is also the ideal stopover for those travelling between Poland and the Ukraine as the border crossing is close to Hrubieszow. Whoever owns/operates this establishment deserve a lot of plaudits.

To miejsce jest już znane w całej Polsce od Pomorza do Małopolski i coraz trudniej tu o wolne miejsca.
