Cozy but old fashioned highway hotel
Reviewed By PieterMolenCozy hotel. Furniture and decoration old fashioned. Nice beds, no airco but front desk was very helpful by providing an extra fan. All staff are hulpful and friendly. The hotel is located near Europapark. Breakfast was perfectly fine. My view was the best view ever! The big “M”!

Unpleasantly surprised!
Reviewed By BOOEVisited the place with my family and another family, as a base for our trips to Europa park and Alsace area. Expectations were not met. The apartments are old buildings (nothing wrong with that) that had no maintenance probably for years. No air conditioning facilities (the place was really hot and stuffy) broken windows, dirty areas, very steep staircase that made it really hard to move and other unpleasant surprises awaited us on arrival. We referred the problems to reception but the only thing they could do was to give us portable fans to stay cool! They say it would make the flats more expensive to provide more facilities and repair the place. For a really expensive place this is NOT an excuse. Disappointing! NOT recommended. Avoid the place.

Reviewed By Mieke RWe waren heel aangenaam verrast van de ontvangst en de behulpzaamheid van de vriendelijke host. Ook het verblijf zelf was met smaak ingericht en alles was aanwezig. We mochten zelfs genieten van de groenten in de tuin.
