This hotel is an absolute gem located in Italy’s smallest city surrounded by mediaeval walls. The rooms are brilliantly decorated, clean and modern within a sensitively restored old building. There is perfectly secure underground storage for bikes and a washing machine which is most welcome for long distance cyclists! On the top floor there is the most incredible jacuzzi and spa facility which looks over the roofs of the old town. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

This charming hotel, with elevator, is within the town walls of Glurns/Glorenza. The eggs you eat come from the hotel chickens that live and roam at the town wall. The food is excellent. I enjoyed the half board (breakfast and dinner) so much, that I took photos of the dinner courses. Yes, they tasted as good as they looked. The rooms are comfortable and quiet,. the staff of this family run hotel aims to please. There is a myriad of well marked trails for hiking and biking close by. Yes, I will return!
