Reviewed By chr974This apart hotel is average, don t expect much it is fairly clean but not more, there is no housekeeping unless you pay extra that I find ridiculous,the reception was always closed. It s a fair place for road stops

Reviewed By Inga_RahGreat location, good price, clean and big room. Large balcony. Excellent service at reception. Cozy restaurant. Gex has a beautiful old town, but many of the town’s restaurants were closed. Highly recommended!

Extremely Slow and Poor Service

It should have been clear from the moment of arrival that we were in the wrong place, being left nearly 10 minutes to be shown to a table and passed by 3 staff each either apologising or passing us on to others From then on it was like a race between a sloth and a tortoise In a retelling of Aesop’s fable, to see who could be the slowest to take the order or bring over the food. The bottle of wine ordered at the same time as the meal was brought to the table after the food had already been served. Even 3 miserly small pieces of French bread were brought to the table after we had started eating the main course. Nothing could have been done more slowly and the food itself was just ordinary and worth half the price.

Reviewed By Eleanor FWe called in most mornings on our skiing ⛷ holiday for a hot chocolate and tarte au pomme! Staff were really helpful and toilets were very clean! Great views of the slopes and will definitely be calling in again.

Convenient hotel, but no more than that
Reviewed By Resort30447025938We were 2 in the room, but it only had towels for one person. The shower curtain was broken. We left early in the morning, so the reception was closed BUT there was no box to drop the room key into. Consequently I left the key on the door handle of the reception
