At the 4-star NH Collection Andorra Palomé, you’ll enjoy some of the finest scenery in Andorra. Located 1,751 meters above sea level, this boutique hotel provides stunning views over the Valley of North. However, it’s still within 15 minutes of the capital and sits close to the natural park of Comapedrosa and Vallnord ski station. The hotel itself is a traditional building that used to be a saw mill. Since then, it has been renovated several times. Today, the hotel blends a highly modern style with classic features. Expect to encounter stone walls, a roaring fireplace, comfortable sofas and wooden floors. The NH Collection Andorra Palomé is home to 34 guest rooms. Each of these spaces is incredibly stylish and most offer stunning views of the surrounding scenery. As a boutique hotel, a highly-personalized service is guaranteed. Elsewhere in the hotel, guests benefit from lockers for ski equipment and bicycles, a car park, a gym, a bar and a restaurant. In winter, there’s also a roaring fire that looks out on the river. In summer, guests can also make use of the garden and terrace.
The only hotel I stay at in Andorra. Continues to offer a great location with a brilliant team. The breakfasts are superb, the pastries fresh and hot food cooked to order. The dining room in the evening just gets better with each visit. Only 10 minutes by car from the town.

We stayed at Sant Gothard having booked fairly last minute. For the price we paid, we were happy with what we received. The reception staff were not the most friendly but staff in the restaurant were always friendly and polite. For skiing, the location was good, about a 15 minute walk from the gondola or the free bus arrived around 8:20am right outside the hotel to save walking. The rooms were basic but had all you needed. Breakfast was reasonable with both hot and cold options provided and free coffee and juices. Similarly with dinner, this was repetitive and basic but included pizzas, chips, other meat options. This was not the most extravagant dinner but for the price we paid could not complain. Drinks were also reasonably priced. One downfall about this hotel is how thin the walls are. Luckily we were on the 5th floor, but some residents moved in on our last night and returned from the pubs at 4am making lots of noise which was very loud. Luckily they had not been there for the other nights or this may have become an issue. We did tell the reception staff before we checked out, to which their response was ‘ok’… Overall, if at a cheap price I would recommend this hotel as it is a means to an end. However if expecting 4* levels and a slightly nicer hotel, then may be worth looking elsewhere.

I booked this hotel through Crystal Ski Holidays. Flew to Toulouse. The couch trip to the hotel took us about 3.5 hours with a stop for 45 minutes in a small town in France. On arrival the hosts were very welcoming and check in was smooth and fast. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and had all I could need (including a safe). I stayed on the road side of the hotel so had some good views of the mountains. The road could be noisy at busy times but was never an issue that affected my sleep. To get anywhere from the hotel you need to use buses or take a 20 minute walk. There are plenty of good places to get a drink near the Arinsal gondola and ski hire shops. The Derby is a local favourite. The food at the hotel is fantastic! Different theme every night, something for everyone, and the flavours were brilliant! Dinners included: English Sunday lunch, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Indian, and traditional Spanish. Breakfasts were sausage and bacon, eggs, croissants, meats and cheeses, yoghurt, toast, coffee and tea, and fruit juices. Regularly topped up and kept hot. Couldn’t have been happier with the food! The bar in the hotel is also excellent. Hannah was working each night I was there and went above and beyond to prepare me any drink I asked for (including learning a new cocktail for me to have my favourite!). On a day I was feeling under the weather she and Graham also made me Hot honey and lemon tea, which was a nice touch. There is a Happy Hour 4-6pm that we all enjoyed very much. The hotel was only missing a boot dryer/warmer in their boot room. Other than that there was nothing else we could have asked. There was one morning we were left waiting an hour for the bus as the free ski buses (and the local L5) are very inconsistent. However this did not affect our days here at all. Couldn’t have asked for a better value for money Hotel!

Just got back from a weeks skiing in Arinsal with my husband and daughter. Really liked the hotel, it's traditional, with simple clean rooms and a cosy seating/restaurant area. The staff and owner are fab, and really put themselves out for you. I'm a vegan and the lovely chef put a special menu on for me, as well as the tasty home cooked options for the rest of the family. Be warned portion sizes are generous! The hotel is handy for the free ski bus, which stops outside and takes you to the gondola in 5 mins. They even started breakfast a bit earlier for us as our ski school lessons started early. All in all a great week in a nice hotel, we will be booking there again.

We booked a generously spacious two bed apartment (sleeps 6) for 3 of us for a short skiing trip and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is spacious, two toilets and has everything you need in the kitchen except a kettle and a toaster. Firm, but comfortable beds (suited us perfectly and we suffer from bad backs) Underground, secure parking included. Restaurant and bar on site (though we didn’t use it). It’s not in a main village so a car is essential. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here only 1 night and the service was lacking a little but i think thats because it is low season. We didnt even get a run down on the site or anything (where the toilets were, what was open and what was closed... For example we had to search for the spa and then only to find out it is shut due to low season) But regardless the surroundings are great, to see Andorra it is good to stay here. We might have tried the camping site right near the capital if we stayed in Andorra for longer but we were only passing thru in 1 night. That all being said - it was clean and a nice stay. Some good memories will be had about this spot ;-)
