Was nicer the first time
Reviewed By Tracy HFirst time I stayed there I had a room in the front row. (#'s 1-10) This time I had #19 in the second row. I was given a room with 4 twin beds (clean and comfortable). The Wi-Fi only worked from the parking lot outside the room (made it useless). Breakfast was as expected, lunch menu typical Argentine, (very good, not so healthy) In room heater and a/c units looked hazardous. Show arrangement was no curtain, shower the room!

Reviewed By mickeyPijamasI went there in August for one night. Price was ok and the location is good, easy to reach Neuquen city in case you need to go. Parking is small, and probably hard to handle with a bigger car or SUV. Installations are fine. Might need a refresh. Room doors do not seem to be very secure and hallways need more light. The room was ok, bed is confortable. Pillows... not so much. WiFi was a mess, never got to connect. Breakfast is nice, nothing crazy. I think it was a basic hotel breakfast. The guy at the reception (forgot his name, sorry!) was very polite and helpfull. Definitely adds value to the experience. Overall, if you plan to be on Cipolletti mainly outside the hotel, is great. Specially considering the night price.

a nice and friendly place to stop
Reviewed By adriana mReally a nice place in the middle of the VAlle de Rio Negro. If travelling by car to know Patagonia is a good place to make a stop- The place has nice facilities , as a little but well provide kitchen, a big fridge ( important because in summer the days are hot)- People at the counter are helpful. The breakfast is okay considering we can cook it by ourselves in our room-SPA- Gym- a good garage. A customize attention at the counter . Modern but cozy- Beds are great ! Nice view of the city, airy rooms - I have to travel again and I'm considering to stop again there !

Old and tired
Reviewed By NicholasARRobertsRather old hotel with not much to offer other than it's location (20 metres away from the main square). The rooms while not squalid remind me of old films of the 50's. Breakfast is a rather lean affair (7:15 to 10:00) consisting of coffee/tea, orange juice, one variety of yoghurt and 3 croissants. If you go to breakfast after 9:30 you don't get toast (or butter or marmalade). The rooms have seen better days. I spent two nights there (16/JUN and 17/JUN 2017) and it was quite cold outside. The only heating available was in the toilet (the room heating didn't work). The television power light kept me awake until I actually disconnected it from the wall socket. The other thing worth mentioning is that staff are very friendly and helpful although they cannot solve the basic infrastructure problem. Parking is round the corner so you must first find somewhere to park to then ask for the remote to open parking and then return it. Ditto when you're leaving (but sort of the other way round). For what it offers it's not a good value. Be warned, if your reserving via an online reservation service DO make sure and double check the price. I was mildly amused to find out that the prices on a well known reservation service which I used were not the right ones and was informed on arrival that prices were different. In all honesty when I mentioned and showed them the online reservation they agreed to honor the price quoted. I assume this is maybe due to unfamiliarity with this online service (they had started using it only last month). Staff: Very good and kind Installations: Very poor Would recommend for a single night stopover while on the road but not much more than that.
