Nicely constructed but very poorly maintained hotel
Reviewed By kishorea122I had a chance to stay for two nights with my family for attending a destination wedding at hotel. The hotel is very nicely made but very poorly maintained. The rooms are not cleaned properly. Also facility is badly managed. Even the bedsheet and towels were sorry

Reviewed By travelfriend20I just wanted to catch a nights sleep at Udaipur on my way to Gurgaon from Ahmadabad. Did my booking through goibibo, but the property is listed with a name OYO 9529 agc. I don't know what does it mean. I have driven through the length and breadth of India in my car for almost 60,000 Kms and stayed in a number of Hotels. I won't bat an eyelid to say that this was the worst Hotel I ever stayed for which I paid through a respectable online platform. First impression:- Located on the outskirts of Udaipur facing a filthy field which is used by the truck/taxi drivers for their morning rituals. The same place is offered as your parking space if you are not lucky enough to get to park in front of the Hotel where only 4 cars can be parked. I didnot want to enter there but being reached there late in the day I had no other option. Got a room, got a welcome message from goibibo also. Reached my room found the wardrobe locked, no phone in the room. Finally I found the key to the wardrobe and found a pile of filthy clothes in it don't know to whom it belong. I went down of course the lift was not working, and changed my room. For this second room I didn't get any welocme message from goibibo. THis room was better but no water in the toilet. After an hour they restored water. So finally I ordered a cup of tea from the restaurant and the tea never come even after an hour. The fun was continued the next morning too. I have to leave by seven. I reached the reception found the front door locked and all the staff sleeping. I had to wake each and everyone of them and was able to get out that place after half an hour. Goibibo and Oyo the cheater duo .....
