I stayed at the Northern Quest on November 6th and had a decent stay. I received my final bill that night. Three weeks later, I receive a VM from Jessica, front desk manager, that my card has been charged $1,500 for damages in the room. I called back and she told me with their hotel policy, they do not have to call and inform you there was any damages in the room, they will only give you proof of damages if the person whose card is attached to the room goes to the hotel in person, and they do not have a dispute process. I tried talking to others in management and everyone was extremely rude and unprofessional. My credit card company has been fighting them since and the case is finally closed. Go to the hotel to gamble, enjoy the restaurants but stay at the Hilton who will shuttle you there. Their hotel policy requires they send documentation to the client and they will call you the second they seem damages, not weeks after the fact. And to be very clear, there was NO damages to the room. They said they had to replace all the glass in the shower and I have a picture of the shower minutes before we checked out. Northern Quest can charge your card without explanation and there's nothing that can be done. Terrible business practices.

Stratford Suites-Spokane is an all-suite, AAA 3 Diamond, Spokane hotel ideal for the business or extended stay traveler. Suites are beautifully furnished and appointed with leather and granite, featuring one or two-bedrooms, pillow top mattress, down pillows and fully equipped kitchens. All suites have a 50” HD TV/DVD in the Living room and a 32" HDTV in the Master bedroom and high-speed wireless Internet. Several one bedroom office suites are equipped with desk, computer, and printer/fax/copier. Services include a Business center, coin operated laundry facility, off-site fitness center and a BBQ area. Stratford Suites-Spokane is located 5 minutes from the Spokane International Airport(GEG, Fairchild AFB or Northern Quest Casino and 8 minutes from Spokane city center. Shuttle service is available to the airport and casino. All major credit cards and company billing accepted.
I'm not sure why everyone is giving high marks with Stratford Suites. Our two bedroom suite wasn't very clean, mold growing around the shower surround, a/c didn't work to cool the rooms, and the bathroom smelt like marijuana. For $300 a night, I would have expected a lot better especially since the location isn't really that good unless you are going to the casinos. Won't stay here again.

Tolerable if on a budget and for a short stay. We thought it was ok for the price we paid on Priceline. Establish needs new furnishing badly. When we got to our room to put our jacket away, the armoire had a pair of woman's shoe next to the iron. That's never happened before out of all the hotels we've stayed in. I questioned how well the place was cleaned from the previous guest who stayed in this room.

A Bud Surles Signature Resort: owned by the Kalispel Tribe. 18 luxury cottages (and 67 high-end RV sites) adjacent to Northern Quest Resort & Casino.
The RV Resort at Northern Quest Resort and Casino was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful, with the exception of one of the Shuttle drivers, Norm. He was short-tempered and rude. We had him as a driver twice. The first time he zoomed past our campsite, and when we called he said he had been sitting outside waiting. He then drove like a maniac speeding through the campground. We got to the gate and he made a speedy u-turn to pick up some other people, then sped to the casino. The second time he was just unfriendly and wouldn’t respond when we’d say thank-you. He also would take off before everyone was seated, and hit the curb twice when turning into the casino drop-off point. There were two older lady passengers we overheard saying they weren’t going to tip him. One was going to give him a $5 tip. We didn’t tip either. Another issue is lack of enforcement of the quiet time from 10pm-8am. One night there were loud, drunk campers near us keeping us awake until 3am. We noticed the next night, a security vehicle driving around the campground that I’m assuming is there to deal with any infractions of this sort. Overall, a good time and a very nice looking RV Resort. Can’t wait for the trees to grow though. We’ll be back!

We drove into Spokane on a Friday night, only to discover that this was the only hotel with a room available, below $150 a night. The motels appearance was dingy and some Trip Advisor reviews can be florid... However the room was clean, warm, had the usual amenities and a good hot shower. They obviously deal with some dodgy clients. The room doors are metal covered, the beds have a plastic sheet. But the outside carpark was well lit, the man at reception was amicable and our stay was completely without any dramas. A great little diner-come-bar nearby is The Buckhorn. Recommended for an affordable stop over.

Imagine a hotel with ample room to stretch and move around. This hotel would have a dedicated living room, kitchen area, closets, high-speed internet, HD TV, WIFI, and it would be pet friendly. My friend, this describes Spokane Corporate Housing. Our townhome community is more comfortable, quieter, and typically provides a better value than a boxy hotel room. At Autumn Leaf, Airway Heights, enjoy our 1 and 2 bedroom furnished apartments with fully-equipped kitchens with stove/oven, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Includes a free pass to Airway Fitness so you never have to miss a workout: sauna, aerobics center, and free weights. Washer and dryer are included in each unit.
I stayed at the Autumn Leaf furnished apartments in Airway Heights, WA from October through November 2021. The complex is 1 of 3 offerings from Spokane Corporate Housing in the Spokane area. My 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit was fully furnished with modern furnishings. 2 bedroom units are available. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the full array of kitchen appliances, plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware. The local staff was always professional and responsive to any concerns or questions. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The high def TV in the bedroom and living room, along with a full size washer and dryer in the unit were an added plus. Free on site parking and all utilities included for a third of the cost of what I was paying in a hotel makes it a no brainer. I highly, highly recommend.
