Over charged. Won’t help you, actually told us they refunded us on our master card, but they didn’t charge a master card, they charged a discover card. They are idiots. Room was average at best, pool is very small as well.

Teri at the front desk was excellent in switching my room to an especially quiet one. She spent time with me: taking me to the new room, turning up the heat, and showing me around the room as well as things near my room. Teri is a excellent employee. Also, Lisa was very helpful on the phone with the Internet and where to leave a review.

I wish IHG would visit this dump. I am a diamond member and am on the road every Monday through Friday. I have been fortunate enough to stay and great IHG properties; however, I now have to be in this for a week once a month. This property does a total disservice to the IHG Brand. I checked in to the king of gothic, he was wearing a Metalica shirt and no personality whatsoever. I was never recognized as a diamond/spire member. The room was filthy, no light over the desk, the tub does not drain, and I could go on and on. It appears ghat there is a new Comfort Inn in the area, will be heading there tomorrow.

We chose to stay at Hampton inn & suits on 5/27/22 & 5/28/22 for a reason on our weekend getaway to Adrian Michigan. But unfortunately our stay kinda sucked. Not the worst stay in a hotel but top 10 worse stays! But the biggest issue was breakfast! Breakfast was suppose to be from like 6am-10am me and my wife went down around 8:30 and was nothing left but a couple sausage and hand full of tater tot looking things. At that time we heard one of the staff tell the kitchen lady that a baseball team was here and will need more food! So I was like ok we will come back in a hour and there will be more food. So 9am we went back and still nothing! And We weren't the only ones looking for breakfast there was a few people looking for breakfast and also complaining. So we ended up going to breakfast down the rd. we paid almost $200 a night for our room Which is kinda pricey but hey figured we get a decent breakfast with it. Nope! Then the cleaning lady didn’t do a very good job cleaning our room in between days. Never wiped table or counters down or vacuum. It was pretty clean on arrival tho. our a/c would not turn off. Would just randomly come on every 20 mins or so even tho I turned wall thermostat off. Only one of the elevators worked the whole time we stayed there and Saturday night was pretty packed so had to wait for elevator for awhile a couple times. Also the tv lineup here sucks! Not one movie channel! No Netflix or anything to log into so watching a movie wasn't a option! Not the end of the world but first place we stayed in a long time with out a movie option. We will choose a different hotel next time.
