After visiting Henlow a few months back this was sheer luxury. An ok burger and chips, good value for money. Great staff, in fact everyone that was there was polite and friendly . It poured down all night so we only watched a couple of races outside. Some complimentary umbrella would of been great as no shelter. We really enjoyed it, didn't win anything!

Just 2 miles from the City Centre, 200 Acres of beautiful green fields with our own Golf Club. We race 32 times a year and hold Ladies Day and the King Richard III stakes.
Always have a great day at the races but the extra entertainment and great atmosphere was brilliant this Saturday when I attended Gentleman’s Day with a group friends. Despite the bad weather we made the best of it and the marquee was a welcome place to retreat too between races and had plenty of bars inside and a great choice of food vendors. Stayed on for Bad Manners after the racing and they were brilliant, not normally my choice of music but the whole atmosphere was bouncing. Thanks to all at the racecourse for another fab day can’t wait for Ladies Day.

Horseracing throughout the year - fantastic jump racing in a beautiful setting. Varied fixture list with plenty of weekends to chose from, and everything from Family Fundays, Ladies Days to Music Nights, all with exciting racing too. We also have a Caravan Club Affiliated Site, and a 9 hole pay & play Golf Course.
We visited as a small party, and from the entrance on this Racecourse is beautifully kept and run. Security is full but very unobtrusive, and staff are very helpful. The course itself is wonderfully kept and the viewing areas are excellent. The parade ring is very visible and the 'big screen' is very clear. The Bookmakers are bright and friendly, and even when you win appear happy to pay out ! All in all, a simply delightful course which we would be very happy to visit again.
