Set inside a school and former military barracks this is a must see museum. This historically significant site, which is also the location of the 'Surrender Site', is a must see for Filipino, American and other nationalities who have any interest in the horrors of WW2 and the history of the Philippines during Japanese occupation. This small museum documents the events of the surrender and the subsequent Bataan Death March. A sobering piece of history. Currently its P50 admission for adults.

It’s my first time to visit Clark Museum and I was impressed with its collection of local artists’ paintings, handicrafts, and fashion wears using indigenous and eco-friendly materials, among others. It’s a contemporary museum for local talents and artists, so most of their collections are for sale. Never miss to watch “Risen from the Ashes” 4D video show at its theater but check online schedule for the show (we watched it at 3pm). It’s a story of how Clark rose up from Mt. Pinatubo eruption in 1991. It was an amazing experienced — I witnessed the Mt. Pinatubo eruption with special effects. The museum is new and well maintained, and it is very accessible for tourists. Never miss to spend at least 2 hours of your time when you’re in Clark.

The interactive Clark Museum showcases the Filipino spirit of bravery, industry and ingenuity of a nation's sovereign will running through a narrative across 4 galleries. For a heightened experience, its newest attraction includes the 4D Theater featuring a 20 minute documentary film highlighting Clark's rich history from past, forward to present.
Describing a 4D theater can be difficult since few people may have experienced one. I can best say that is similar to iMax 3D, but has moving seats, mist, and other effects during the movie. Since the Clark 4D Theater is a part of the Clark Museum, much of the emphasis is on the former Clark US Air Force base. and the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo. This is a safe way to be a part of and volcanic eruption. Be sure to also visit the Clark Museum as a part of your visit; it will help you realize many parts of the history of the area you are visiting.
