We are an Indoor cycling and barre studio and Artisan, Multi-roaster coffee pantry and juice bar all in one! On The Fly uses the Spinner Blade Ion- They bikes measures Cadence, Watts and Heart Rate. We currently offer barre 45, barre 60, barre 30/spin 30, spin 45 and spin 60 classes.We are generally open 7 days a week and offer instructor based rides and open rides (supervision only). We have 17 bikes available.For more information, and to reserve a seat, you must register online for classes on our website. (We do not accept drip-ins.)
