We were going to hike the Narrows in just river sandals and sneakers until we passed by Zion Outfitters and saw that they offered a $25 package that included water canyoneering boots, neoprene socks, and walking sticks. SOLD! Totally worth the money. They are quite trusting with payment and returns, not once did anyone actually check to see that we paid or returned our gear. I mean, that's the way society should be, I was just surprised is all. The staff made sure our gear fit and we had walking sticks of the appropriate size. The store also sells reasonably priced waterproof bags if you should desire one.

Bike Zion is both a bike shop and a mountain biking guide service. We rent mountain bikes for people to explore some of the nearby trail on there own or you can hire one of our guides to take you out. In our rental fleet we also have many hyrbid/comfort/flat bar road bikes for people to ride around Springdale and in the Park. When our mechanic is in the shop we provide bicycle repair and service to the public.

This was an amazing experience! Driving through Zion National Park with the slingshot was one of the best drives of my life! You see the beauty of the park in a whole new light! Try it! It's worth it! Just a tip, in addition to driving through Zion National Park, try driving it up Kolob Terrace Rd.
