Greatest customer service on the island. Decided to get fenders installed on my bike. They had them in stock at a very reasonable price and were installed within about 30 minutes at a very low fee. I am very happy with them and will always choose Mackinac Wheels for my bike needs.

It was a busy day on the Island, but from the time we walked up to the time we paid we were greeted with smiles from the people working here. It was a busy morning, but they were very helpful. We had a family of seven and two kids that needed bike. Everywhere else rents 4 hours for a half day, but here you get 5 hours for a half day making the prices here a great deal. They took the time to make sure we had everything we needed before we took of for our ride with even making sure we had their number if we needed any help with the bikes while we were on the island. The return of the bikes went just as smooth with happy faces and great attitudes. I would highly recommend rented bikes from them for we will be rented again from them.

Rentals were sanitized after each use. You rent the bike and pay once you turn the bike back in. We rented the tandem bike. What an experience. Definitely not capable of riding up the main hills of the island. Our chain fell off but luckily we were able to put it back on by ourselves. The prices were reasonable.
