Cirencester (/ˈsaɪrənsɛstər/ ( listen), occasionally /ˈsɪstər/ ( listen); see below for more variations) is a market town in east Gloucestershire, England, 93 miles (150 km) west northwest of London. Cirencester lies on the River Churn, a tributary of the River Thames, and is the largest town in the Cotswold District. It is the home of the Royal Agricultural University, the oldest agricultural college in the English-speaking world, founded in 1840. The town's Corinium Museum is well known for its extensive Roman collection. The Roman name for the town was Corinium, which is thought to have been associated with the ancient British tribe of the Dobunni, having the same root word as the River Churn. The earliest known reference to the town was by Ptolemy in AD 150.

We had a great time shooting Zombies on the back of a trailer! This is a great activity with teenagers. You fire paint pellets at zombie cut outs concealed in the forest, and then score the best shots on your second round. This is a great way to spend an hour, and make part of an action packed day. Thank you to the helpful & enthusiastic staff running this activity. We will be back.

Definitely make time to go to this pool, well worth it! Sat nav directs you to the entrance of a park, park in front of the castle where you'll have all day, the other side is limited to 2 hours, both free though, there is parking a little further away for town centre but you have to pay. A little hard to find, we had to ask someone, if you walk away from the park area and turn left there is 1 sign! Once you get in there its amazing; limited seats so get there early If you know it's going to be a hot day, we left the pool at about 11:20 and it was starting to get heaving then. Swimming goggles, ice creams and drinks all available, reasonably priced, books/ costumes to hire at a low donating, lockers £1 refundable. You can use your card to buy things and pay entrance fee which is under £15 for a family of 4. Slide available to use after 11am, really good life guards keeping control of any unruly behaviour. Toddler/ baby pool. Shaded/ covered in areas for sun shade or rain.

We are located within woodlands which contain purpose-built, action-packed game zones. This is the perfect place to experience the thrill of either laser tag or paintball and all within easy access from Sheffield and Barnsley.

We have just visited since reopening due to Covid. Booking process easy. Temperature taken on arrival before entering the building, very easy to socially distance due to reduced capacity and plenty of tables to choose from. Hand sanitizer available on entrance and at the entrance to all play areas. Children seen using the hand sanitizer regularly. The play areas were clean and you can see that clear effort has been made. Sanitising wipes available for the baby changing units so you could clean before changing your little ones. We used the cafe, food hot and fresh and easy to order. The play areas are excellent, separate areas depending an age/ability, trampoline area, and go kart area by far the best soft play we have been too and a lot fun had by our little one!!
Ever wanted to learn to sew or learn a new creative skill then this is the place to be. We specialise in classes for beginners but any skill level is welcome to the variety of classes we have to offer. We believe that learning a new craft shouldn't break the bank so all our prices are fair but with great quality tuition.
