Great afternoon at the centre. Went with a friend and our teenage sons for one of the military rifle shooting packages. Top quality facilities and a very friendly bunch of people. Excellent safety, from the COVID precautions through to the range safety. Very well looked after and a very enjoyable afternoon out.

The Electric Palace is a unique 1920s theatre, right in the heart of Bridport, presenting a varied programme of film, comedy, music, live screenings of plays, live theatre and other events. The auditorium is the largest venue in the area with a maximum capacity of 500 people. The main and circle foyers feature beautiful original paintings by George Biles, a Bridport signwriter for the local brewery. It has recently undergone extensive renovation retaining and enhancing the original features. The structural integrity of the building has been improved and the cinema technology, stage equipment and other facilities have been brought into the 21st century. It is still owned by a local family, and the building continues to provide first-class entertainment for the people of Bridport, West Dorset and beyond. Our friendly, helpful team of staff and stewards look forward to welcoming you.
This is an amazing venue to look at and nowadays it’s also a very comfortable one to be in. The sound system is great, the concessions are really good value and the team do an wonderful job front of house as well as behind the scenes. In addition to the theatre, comedy and live music it’s well worth knowing that the Electric Palace also book fantastic films and live screenings. (We gave up on the other film venue in Bridport because of the numb-bum seats, poor visibility, (the screen is tiny) and lousy sound) We choose a light and airy venue with fresh popcorn, excellent coffee and the best films.

A fun centre for all the family featuring indoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, full size American ten pin bowling, bar and restaurant
Great swimming area! Baby pool, splash area, fun pool, large slide and swimming pool. Booking is essential. Hour slots. Changing area always clean. Water does appear to have higher level of chlorine as our eyes were a little stingy after (not a moan at all) would suggest taking goggle if you have them.
An interactive quest via clues and riddles on your mobile phone, you'll go through graveyards, market squares and alleys in a magical journey across historic Bridport.
