Gloucester Brewery was established in October 2011, in the heart of the Gloucester Docks. It's creation was founded by Jared Brown and Bev Booth, who were passionate about creating modern, full flavoured, hoppy and distinctive beers. Their initial creations were Gloucester Gold, Mariner and Dockside Dark. All have won awards and have remained the core range. The Brewery and Brewery shop moved in early 2015 to a new larger premises within the docks, a disused malt house with an incredible industrial rustic feel to it. This allowed the expansion of the brewing facility as well as the online shop and the introduction of the events venue which is available for private hire. The shop is open 6 days a week, Mon - Sat. The Brewery is open to the public the last Friday of every month, details on the Gloucester Brewery website. Pre-booking is essential. We hope you enjoy your visit.

Learn the art to traditional Indian cuisine with a modern twist, with Chef Shazia. Learn a range of different dishes, from finger-foods to full 3 course meals.
We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast, meeting the family. Then led by Shazia we cooked chicken biryani, tadhka daal and aloo tikki. Time flew by and we learnt all sorts of facts. A very inspirational day that we will remember for a long time ahead. Highly recommend for all -I will return with my sons one day soon!????

The rolling hills and valleys of Gloucestershire provide a unique microclimate which is perfect for growing grapes. Come for our tours and tastings and find out more about how we produce our great English wine.
Visited as a birthday gift. Good tour of the winery, excellent range of wines for tasting, 2 sparkling, 2 white, a rose and a red to finish. Very good dinner , the lamb shank was superb, with attentive staff observing Covid regs. Excellent accommodation in a lodge a short walk through the vines from the main complex. Nice breakfast to start the day, full English and smoked salmon with scrambled egg.

A farm with a difference! Over Farm is a working fruit and vegetable farm with a farm shop, a venue barn, an airstrip and season entertainment for children and adults. Annually Over Farm plays host to the south west's largest Halloween event, Frightmare Halloween Festival and to the award winning Barn on the Farm Music Festival.
We have enjoyed a couple of days out over the summer at Over Farm as a family. The PYO Strawberries were amazing in taste and also a lovely activity to do as a family. On another occasion we booked to do the summer trail, Being able to see and feed the animals was a pleasure, the trail was filled with activities for all ages and was finished off with an amazing time on the Jumping Pillows which were an absolute hit with the kids (10, 4 & 2). Having a food van in the car park made the day out complete and a real treat along with the vintage fun fair we had an amazing day as a family that was really relaxed and full of fun and laughter - Without a doubt we will return for future events.

Visited Gloucester service station northbound for first time today. What a wonderful place- so different to the usual. Had hot meal in restaurant- good food and friendly staff. Went in farm shop - amazing variety of unusual provisions and beautiful fresh foods What a place to get carried away. Why can’t all service stations be like this?
