Excellent management
Reviewed By zotty2014The balcony offers a magnificent view and is perfect for breakfast. The room and the bathroom are a bit small for a family of 3, wifi is good and a breakfast pack is brought to your apartment every morning. We had a problem with the fridge and with the air conditioner, which were both solved in a couple of days. The management is the real plus of the structure: efficiency and attention have helped in all circumstances. Never had problem with parking inside the property area; a car is absolutely necessary to reach the beach (less than 1 km but not ideal for walking) and Myrina (few minutes).

Reviewed By georgepsaras53Now is called Hotel Limnia Gi ,clean spacious quite rooms very comfortable bed and bathroom,this place is in center of Myrina all walking distance ,the receptionist helpful and almost every day you will be greeted by the owner Mr Giannis,this hotel does not have breakfast the reason is so many good places just around the corner will provide the best the island has, my friends honest is a wonderful hotel

Reviewed By VK2904Εξαιρετικό το αυτόνομο σπιτάκι και το μπαλκόνι του αλλά ανεπαρκείς υπηρεσίες για την τιμή των 110 ευρώ τη μέρα. Ουσιαστικά είναι ένα ενιαίο δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεββάτι και καναπέ. Επίσης έχει ένα (λίγο προβληματικό) έπιπλο -πολυκουζινάκι και ένα μικρό μπάνιο. Στη μια εβδομάδα που μείναμε το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ούτε μία φορά. Υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα για να το κάνεις μόνος σου (καθαριστικά, σφουγγαρίστρα κτλ. καθώς και δεύτερη αλλαξιά πετσέτες αλλά όχι σεντόνια) και φυσικά μαζεύεις και πετάς μόνος σου τα σκουπίδια στον κάδο που θα βρεις έξω στο δρόμο. Στα μείον ότι η ιδιωτική παραλία που είναι ακριβώς από κάτω είναι βρώμικη και δεν μπορείς να κάνεις ποτέ μπάνιο κάτι που είναι πολύ ενοχλητικό όταν δίνεις 110 ευρώ για να μείνεις σε σπίτι με υποτίθεται δική του παραλία. Η παραλία είχε μόνιμα αέρα και έφερνε έξω διαφόρων ειδών σκουπίδια, φύκια και βρωμιά από πλοία ενώ οι διπλανές παραλίες ήταν τέλειες. Αντίθετα είναι πολύ ωραία να κάθεσαι στο μπαλκόνι και να τη βλέπεις. Στα μείον η αλλοδαπή κυρία- housekeeper που δημιουργεί παρεξηγήσεις. Επίσης, δεν ξέρω αν αξίζει να μείνει κανείς τόσο μακριά από τη Μύρινα (36 χλμ.) .
