Chef Fernando was wonderful and very knowledgeable the tour of the market provided a good overview of what to look for at the market and understanding what we are buying. The cooking class itself was a lot of fun and social maybe not as hands on as we preferred but learned A LOT from Fernando - not just technique but why we should do what we need to do. After the class we did get a discount on items in one of the shops and even purchased a paella (pan) to take home and we never buy anything on holiday. Can't wait to show off to our friends at home:)

I had private lessons with Adriana and we had the best time! Not only did I improve my Spanish but I gained a new friend. I'll be forever grateful for the laughs and good times we shared. Such a wonderful experience. I also worked with Martin extensively about things related to visa renewal and they were INCREDIBLE! Super flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. Also their location is fantastic. It's super close to the Retiro Park and all the awesome things to see and do in Madrid. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
