We always freedive on Sail Rock one of the best dive sites in Thailand “Sail Rock”. It's always full of fish with chances to see whale sharks. It takes 1h to get there by boat. This time we use for theory. On the spot, we stay around 4h enough time for training and later fun dive, when you can practice skills you learned.
