Two friends and I traveled to Boston for a long weekend. Before we left home, we booked a day trip to Martha's Vineyard with New England Excursions. We could not have picked a worse day as it was raining and cold. But, we've endured worse weather in other places, so we decided to take the tour. Matt Hebert of New England Excursions picked us at our hotel for the round trip drive from Boston to Woods Hole where we caught the ferry to the Vineyard. Matt provided a knowledgeable and enjoyable commentary for the drive. We were pleased with our experience with New England Excursions.

Nathan is amazing!! He tailors the tour to whatever the group wants to get out of it which I think is excellent. We had so good conversation, learned a lot and of course had some great wines! I don’t usually drink reds but I ended up buying two after the tour- Nathan does a great job! Will definitely be returning when I’m back in town :)

We did the Off Road Adventure. We were driven up a mountain in a military vehicle on a narrow steep path. I wouldn’t even call it a road. We loved every minute of the trip, the view from the top, and the trip down. Everyone wore masks and we felt quite safe. I highly recommend it.

Loved that the tourguide started the topic before we arrived at the destination and was occasionally comical. Didnt love that the map feature didnt let us know when we detoured. Would like to see "places to park" especially if you have an oversized vehicle.
