Local brewery started by a US Army Veteran, who has sampled beers from all over world, and who loves brewing (and drinking) beer! Sparge specializes in approachable, sessionable craft beer and hard seltzer. Gelato (adult and kid flavors), light snacks, Sparge brewed root beer, kombucha, sodas and juice boxes are also available for purchase. Check www.spargebrew.com for food trucks and events.
Really nice brewery right off I25 in Wellington. The beer is outstanding and there is a lot to choose from. There are food trucks Thursday, Friday and Saturday and live entertainment on Friday and Saturday night. Perfect place to go and have a good time while drinking some GOOD beer.

My friend and I really enjoyed Red Mountain. We did a 4 mile loop and there were no crowds air bugs. May is the perfect month to go as it's nice and cool. We spotted some pretty birds too.

The atmosphere is charming--farm funky with a modern flair. The back patio is genius! Corrugated metal-sided loafing sheds, with charming, funky whiskey barrel tables and stools with a fire pit in the center--we were warm and comfy on a 42-degree day. Now let's talk about the people: we felt we were locals, chatty and friendly patrons and servers. Felt like we were at a family gathering, laughter and smiles in every direction. All this and we ate one of the best burgers ever from the Leave it to Cleaver food truck in back. Nice to see the food as great as the name is clever (not cleaver--ehehehe). Oh, did we mention that the two beers were perfect compliments to the meal and so we had to take some growlers to go! We are going to drive the 1.25 hr to go back often.
