We stopped here while visiting our son recently. As in past visits it was a great choice. Nice selection of beer. We ordered appetizers and especially enjoyed the pretzels. Definitely we will be back again.

My wife and I were leaving the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum and someone asked: "Have you been to the Dallara?" The who? "If you have some time, go there. It's right down the street. It's worth it." So we did. And he was right. A visit to the Dallara IndyCar Factory is well worth your time. Located at 1201 Main Street in Speedway, Indiana, 1/3 mile southwest of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, five miles from downtown Indianapolis, it is a destination for auto racing enthusiasts and newcomers to the sport or anybody who is interested in the engineering and technology that centers around the world's fastest sport. The 23,000-square-foot space features interactive and hands-on exhibits. Feel what it's like to race at the famous 2.5-mile oval. Feel what it's like to sit behind the wheel of a real Indy car. Experience how A.J. Foyt and Mario Andretti navigate the brickyard at over 200 miles per hour. Via a simulator, see if you're fast enough to qualify for the Indianapolis 500. See how Indy cars are made from design concept drawings to aerodynamics to wind tunnels to safety to carbon fiber weight and stiffness comparison to tires. Learn about the history of Indy cars. And be sure to take a ride around the property in an Indy car, an up-close-and-personal experience unlike any other. Only a couple blocks from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Speedway Indoor Karting is a new world class indoor karting facility that provides visitors of all ages and experience, the opportunity to experience racing through driving on both a European style, multi-level track as well as a banked Super Speedway oval. With a personalized, hands on approach our visitors will quickly become acclimated to the karting equipment through easy coaching and guidance from staff and owners, Sarah Fisher and Andy O'Gara. Our customers will also have the availability to savor a delectable meal or drink while viewing karting drivers through the windows of a two story, on-site fully independent American Cuisine restaurant, 1911 Grill. Our 1911 Grill is open to all ages and features two stories of seating, both with outside seating, fireplaces and fantastic views of Main Street, Speedway.
