We stayed overnight here in a pop-up camper and the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. The camp sites are shady, clean and easy to park in but there are some steep grades on the park roads. Close to Parsons and the Tennessee River.

Located in the heart of Western Tennessee, Flatwoods Canoe Base offers the perfect outdoor getaway. The clean, clear water of the Buffalo River sets the pace for a day next to nature. We can tailor-make a day in the sun for you and your group.
Four of us rented tubes to float down the river and had a blast! I called ahead of time and spoke to Tucker who was very help and very friendly. The trip to the river in the van was short, so we did not have to wait long to get floating. When our trip was over, the van was there within 5 minutes to bring us back to our car.....and yes, I mean directly to our car...nice!!! The river was clear and clean. At several points we could see the bottom. A lot of people were canoeing. It was fun to interact with them along the way. The only thing I regret is forgetting a waterproof camera. We will be back! Thanks Tucker!!

The couple from FL who bought this 6+ acre property had a heck of a vision. They converted this old 1918 homestead into a small, quaint, "One of Kind" little country beer joint. The old house was is very rough shape, to say the least. They cleaned it up and transformed it into to most happenin' spot on the Creek. Folks from every inch along the TN River came and still come here.
It has great motorcycle riding roads, as well as hunting, fishing. You can basically ride in on your bike, Rhino, 4-Wheeler, IH tractor, and be MORE THAN WELCOME.
John and Nikki decided to sell, and found the BEST buyers ever.
Randy and Daphne Leger. They have kin all over Perry County and wanted a change from LA. They have added their Cajun spice to the place and the locals and outter towners LOVE to visit this place.
VISIT this GREAT spot, as you'll probally not ever find another one like this.
