Really enjoyed the course. Most holes v well designed, interesting greens and nicely laid out. If being v picky, traffic and train noise could get annoying, but we all said we would be happy to return. Clubhouse and pro shop both good.

Knebworth House is famous worldwide for its rock concerts and as the home of Victorian novelist Edward Bulwer Lytton, who wrote 'It was a dark and stormy night'. This beautiful gothic mansion is situated 29 miles north of London with direct access from the A1(M) at Stevenage. Knebworth offers a great day out for all the family. Delightful gardens extend to 28 acres with Dinosaur trail and maze, walled vegetable garden and herb garden. The historic Deer Park is perfect for picnics, with huge Adventure Playground featuring zip wire, astro and drop slides, water splash play and bouncy castle. Gift shop and Garden Terrace Tea Room. The House, Gardens and Park are open from 12 March to the end of September at the weekend, and also daily during the school holidays. Please check open days before visiting! Plenty of free parking. Visited Knebworth last Friday with my grandson what a fabulous day out thank-you to everyone especially our guide inside Knebworth House the Dinosaur trail was fantastic and the maze was perfect for little ones there was so much to see and do we cannot wait to go back.
