Enjoyed a nice afternoon zip lining with Cameron and Christian. They were super friendly and kept our group entertained throughout our adventure. Great experience and highly recommend this to others looking for something different to do outside of the downtown hustle and bustle.

Narrows of the Harpeth

Reviewed By Jen_K_777 - Nashville, Tennessee

Both of the hikes are super short and, IMO, easy for kids. The hike for the bluff overlook is steep at points, but short. My teenager hates to exercise and he didn't complain. The views are amazing- definitely bring your camera. The hike to the Montgomery Bell tunnel is also short and is flat. You can get in the water and waterfall, but there are plenty of big rocks to sit on.

Warning- Parking is very limited here. If you see a spot, don't wait for a better one, just take it.

Foggy Bottom Canoe

Reviewed By travelwife82 - Ohio

We used Foggy Bottom for a canoe ride and were very pleased with the service and the helpfulness of the staff. They recommended items for us to take along on the ride, had good advice about times of travel and found a good stretch of river for someone who had never been in a canoe before. We would definitely recommend them.

Canoe Music City is my choice for canoeing on Harpeth River! Friendly staff, great service, well maintained equipment, convenient drop-off and pick-up service, easily affordable rates, and precise safety instructions! A must-do experience for Nashvillians and others in the area. Just get enough sunblock and put all non-waterproof items in ziploc bags, wear river shoes, and enjoy all 7 miles of Harpeth: you will see all fish, birds, cows, turtles, snakes, storks, ducks and other creations the Mother Nature has carefully preserved! Great for families, friends and couples!

L.L. Burns Park

Reviewed By Wanderlust052 - Nashville, TN

L.L. Burns Park is a municipal park that features a splash pad, soccer fields, disc golf course, a community building that may be rented for special events, picnic pavilions, and easy access to the Harpeth River for canoeing and wading. I've visited the park several times. It has plenty of free parking. On this trip, I visited the community building for an event to help local businesses. The community building was built recently and has a full kitchen and restrooms. The park and the community building are well maintained by the Town of Kingston Springs.
