No matter the season, there is something to do at Buffumville Lake. Swimming, hiking, fishing, and frisbee golf are just some of the activities you can do here. Hiking on the beach side is 4 miles long and easy, just some heavily traveled area the roots are exposed. On the dam side it is 5 miles long and more of a moderate hike. Hiking the beach side during the fall is beautiful. The dam side is a great place to watch the sun set as well as where frisbee golf is played.

Went Friday around 3 pm - can line was at the door so not too bad - still waited about 45 minutes but gave me time to look up what I wanted and talk to some regulars (this was my first visit). No drafts were being poured until we checked out and then we were allowed ONE draft each. This kind of stunk seeing how we traveled from 5 hours away ... but I get it - they want the can line to flow faster. Place is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and when you can actually stay and have a few drafts I'm sure it's incredible. I'm in the process of sampling all the beers I brought home (3 cases total / 17 different kinds) and oh my is it amazing! Mostly in that NE hazy juicy IPA universe, but wow do they brew it right. One is better than the last. Would definitely like to make the trip again maybe on a weekday when the brewery experience is more typical - AND to stock up on more cans !!! Outstanding place.
