We were at Chai Nat during Visakha Puja day. Was visiting some temples there and drop by on the way home. Very small compound and like I said, 1 hour and you are done.
what i like the most is the egg museum. It show case different types of eggs from around the world,
from unbelievably big to very tiny eggs. this is called a bird park but all the birds are caged in 2 big cage and is very difficult to see them from the outside. Not much other facilities.

On the Chao Phraya's right bank about 4 kms from the centre of Chai Nat, this beautiful, little-visited temple dating from the Ayutthaya era is famous for its central structure containing relics of the Lord Buddha, but has an even more interesting feature: probably Thailand's only ubosot with a sacred well inside (look under the glass pyramid). Its historical significance? Ayutthayan kings perform the "drinking of the water of allegiance" ceremony (พิธีถือน้ำพิพัฒน์สัตยา) here. Once or twice a year the temple also hosts the "robing" of Phra That festival (พิธีห่มผ้าพระธาตุเจดีย์) similar to that of Nakhon Si Thammarat.
