From the main parking of the village goes a route down the hill with 650 meters route of mainly stairs. when you get down enough you start to hear the water from the river and the suddenly the waterfall appears and its a very nice view. One can also get to this waterfall from a parking down the hill but it is much less fun if you don't have problems walking.

Beautiful little village and well worth a stop. All houses in the same style, cost small streets and the biggest croissants you will find.

The Asland cement factory, located in the area known as Clot del Moro in the town of Castellar de n'Hug, closed down more than 30 years ago. The remains you can still see today provide a spectacular example of one of the most amazing buildings from the time of Catalan industrialisation, set in unique natural surroundings. The factory has been turned into the Asland Cement Museum of Castellar de n'Hug featuring an interpretation centre and outdoor itinerary around the industrial ruins. In 1901, Eusebi Guell and some other partners founded the cement company Companyia General d'Asfalts i Portland, SA (Asland) in Barcelona and construction of the cement plant began - an impressive Modernist building featuring Catalan vaults and forged iron structures which were designed, it would appear, by architect Rafael Guastavino. It offers the opportunity to appreciate a dynamic centre that unveils the first industrial cement facility in Catalonia.
