A party of two adults and one five year old girl attended. Our daughter was mesmerised by the show and both adults enjoyed it thoroughly. It’s like a nostalgic step back in time, with a marionette production, ice cream interval, interactive magic show, all of the children were given sweets, and finally a demonstration of how the marionettes are operated. It was a 2 hour experience and excellent value for money. Many thanks.

Rhos-on-Sea Beach

Reviewed By mercuryderbyshire - Buxton, United Kingdom

We stopped off here on our way home from Llandudno. This is a pleasant little seaside town with a lovely clean sandy beach and small harbour. The walk on the roadside path or lower promenade is fairly level and there are benches along the walk. We paused to take in the views and to watch the seabirds - gulls, cormorants and oystercatchers mostly. There were a few people looking into rock pools and the beach seems family and dog friendly. The views were good and there was free parking. When we have called in the past we’ve walked back from the beach to one of the small cafes but this time there was young lady selling delicious ice cream so we settled for that instead. Rhos on Sea is much quieter than nearby Colwyn Bay and has a nice, relaxing feel about it.

Lovely little kiosk on the front at Rhos on Sea North Wales. Lovely cheap meals, out side seating. Very friendly staff. Favourite is toasted teacake with a nice hot mug of tea. Would highly recommend.
