A resort offering great skiing, snowboarding and other snow play recreation in this quiet nook of the High Sierra.
June is smaller than Mammoth, but that makes it less much crowded and no lines at the lifts. Perfect for families with free skiing for kids. It's a beautiful setting with easy parking right by the lower lift.

friendly and very helpful staff - have boats for fishermen, lake cruisers, pontoons, paddleboards, etc. Good tips on where to fish, bait, reasonable rates.....large dock with plenty of boats, sinks to clean fish, restrooms, cold drinks, etc.

My husband and I have hiked to Parker Lake several times. We really enjoy going there in the fall when the aspen are golden. The hike itself is not very difficult with an elevation gain of 540 feet and with a distance just under two miles. The first part is a little steep, but the rest isn't bad at all. Also, there are some nice views of Mono Lake from the first part of the trail. Once you arrive at the lake, it is possible to hike all the way around although there are a couple of tricky spots. If you're in the June Lake area and want a nice hike to a beautiful little lake, I highly recommend this trail.

Unbelieveable view of Carson Peak from the Marina at Gull. Great fishing in the summer, and a nice little 2 mile hike around the lake.
