The Lake is 1.100m long and 410m wide, and it is extremely abundant with fish, especially trout. During the spring and summer, the best way for you to familiarise yourself with this area is to walk down a 3km long walking trail surrounding the Lake. During the winter, the Lake surface freezes over and it is often traversed by deer and hinds.
