One cannot visit L'Agulhas without a stop at the famous Lighthouse overlooking the most southern tip of Africa. This time around what made it extra special is that my 3 year old son got to climb to the top and he enjoyed every second of it and was one of the highlights of our entire holiday. If there is one pit stop to make in L'Agulhas it is the Lighthouse.

We enjoyed our stay and were made very welcome. The Guesthouse is located in a great position overlooking the ocean and well located between 'town' and Cape Agulhas. Breakfast was great and the view sitting out the front in the afternoon/evening was fantastic. A nice and quiet location - we could have stayed a week!

What a wonderful clean beach , lovely clear water and you can walk forever on soft white sand. Parked at Sea Shack restaurant & walked . There is also a walkway if you go the opposite direction . It is safe & swimming is great as well
