This museum dedicated to the US 8th and 9th Army Air Force houses a large collection of American combat aircraft.
Great aircraft in here and at all angles. Our little grand daughter loved weaving in and out of the planes. We really enjoyed our day and trip there

Walk through the same hangars and buildings as those who served at RAF Duxford at Britain’s best preserved Second World War airfield.
A must for any aviation enthusiast probably the best collection of aircraft in the country. You will need a full day to see it all.

Recently taken over, traditional English pub, serving a wide range of real ales, real ciders, lagers, wines and and a vast selection of spirits-hopefully there will be something for everyone! Food is served 6 days a week, we like to pride ourselves on doing good homely pub food, and Sunday roasts with ALL the trimmings. We even like to keep some pub games such as darts, cribs, cards and dominos
Probably the last really decent proper pub in the villages south of Cambridge. An Everards house, serves a good range of their beers, including the excellent Old Original, along with a number of real ciders, a very rare thing round these parts. Owner, staff and locals are friendly no-nonsense types, pub is open all day, food is served, and they now have a lovely big tent in the car park with loads of room if social distancing is a worry. Highly recommended if you like a real pub and decent beer.

Housed in one of the buildings at IWM Duxford, this is a must visit. Very moving medal displays and excellent history of these brave men!
