Though unassuming from the outside, this place transforms you to a relaxed state as soon as you enter the doors. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and checked in. My massage therapist was Susy and she was exceptional!! Very attentive and professional and responsive to my feedback. This massage was worth the higher cost ($90) because I go about twice a year and I’m looking for a high quality and relaxing experience! Their use of essential oils, beautifully appointed rooms, and subdued and decorative lighting make for a very transformative and therapeutic process!

Great instructors that keep you motivated and on track. Their introduction package is great as you get a glimpse of an active class, and can see the intensity of the workouts. They have been open since end of summer, so the workouts ARE pretty intense right now. But they now offere a Wed night back to the basics class to get you caught up. Highly recommend becoming a member.
