Himalayan Yoga Bliss is an RYS200 registered Yoga school affiliated to the Yoga Alliance USA. We are the first school of our kind to start Yoga Teachers training and drop in classes, in the beautiful mountains of the world famous tea growing town of Darjeeling, India. We specialize in a multi styled Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha, Vinyasa flow Yoga. We are located in the lesser Himalayas being overlooked by the gorgeous, serene and awe inspiring Kanchenjunga, the tallest mountain in India, also considered the tallest in the world for centuries. The beauty, serenity and climate of this place features the ideally suitable environment for the practice of yoga, for Himalayas is the place where actually yoga has originated. So here we can learn and feel the Indian approach to life and philosophy

I attended two TTC with Himalayan Bliss, one in february 2018 in Goa, one in April 2019 in Darjeeling. It's been one of the most life-changing experience I ever had. Sonam, Alisha, Tenzing, Vishnu, the whole HYB have been 100% present for the students. We've been warmly welcomed and supported the whole training. Each time someone nedded help, advises, support, they could openly talk and been listened from someone from the team. I new I was going to deepen my yoga practice, I had no idea I was going to find a family. The accommodation was really nice and comfortable, cosy rooms and nice appartments. The food was in both trainings was absolutely delicious and healthy, always prepared with love (and mantras :))! The quality of the lessons and classes were better that I could expect. We got the chance to understand better the yogi ancient tradition and philosophy. It was definitely a authentic way to approach Yoga. I am today a young yoga teacher, which has still so much to learn, but thank to HYB I can share with my students a authentic, beautiful, yogi tradition. Ella from France.
