Popular ski area boasts a long ski season, from November to June, and offers the highest skiable terrain on the North American continent.
This is a great mountain! Skiing is excellent and the mid mountain restaurant is excellent and reasonable. Getting away from Vail Associates was a very good move.

Chef Kevin Simley and the team promise a delicious dining experience in the rustic elegance of the Keystone Ranch. The homestead property, which features a centerpiece fireplace in the cozy living room, is the perfect setting for a celebratory dinner, gathering with friends & family, and toasting to a day well-spent on the mountain. Diners are invited to enjoy dessert, coffee, and post-meal merriment in the outlet's signature living room, overlooking the scenic Keystone Ranch golf course and surrounding Rocky Mountain beauty. The Ranch has been honored with AAA 4-Diamond recognition, is a Wine Spectator DiRoNA winner, and was a top-rated restaurant in Colorado by the prestigious Zagat Survey

Extensive terrain covering three mountains offers a wide variety of trails for skiers plus other activities including snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating and snowboarding.
Surrounded by gorgeous mountain scenery, Keystone is a favorite vacation destination for families, either summer or winter. The skiing is very good for families because there is a variety of terrain for all ability levels, including a terrain park. An area is reserved for beginners as you enter the ski area. The lift lines move fast and the lifts take you up the mountain at a good pace. There are restaurants on the mountain that are kid friendly. Keystone has two golf courses, ranch and river, that are challenging for all ability levels, well maintained and groomed. My oldest son and I spent many days on the ranch course when he was growing up and we have fond memories of those days. Keystone offers positive vacation experiences for families, winter and summer, that will result in memories they will cherish.
