The province of Medio Campidano (Italian: provincia del Medio Campidano; Sardinian: provìntzia de su Campidanu de Mesu) was a province in the autonomous region of Sardinia, Italy. As of 2015, the province had a population of 100,141 inhabitants over an area of 1,517.34 square kilometres (585.85 sq mi), giving it a population density of 66 inhabitants per square kilometre. It had two chief towns, Villacidro and Sanluri, with 14,245 and 8,543 inhabitants, respectively. It was established in 2005 from a section of the province of Cagliari. It contained 28 comuni (singular: comune) and the president of the province was Fulvio Tocco.

We did the 3 day 4 night SW Sardinia cycling trip. It was perfectly organised from start to finish - great pre arrival info, lovely touches like map and water bottle, very informative cycling notes. Good change of views and terrain. We are 4 non cyclists- but active in other sports and 1 cyclist and we found it not necessarily easy but not difficult- just right. The teens were happy with 3 days of cycling and were glad to have a rest. We adults could have cycled more! Would highly recommend and if we get the chance, will do another tour.

Even the two hour quad tour takes you through varying terrain and amazing landscapes. The views of the ocean and the coast are stunning both from near and afar. Riding a quad is generally a very enjoyable experience. These things are super sturdy and can handle any trail. The guide ensures the trip is safe, fun, and the participants learn a little bit about the area.
4. Tomb of the giants of Siddi and Tour della Marmilla
On this tour of the Marmilla, we will visit the Giara di Siddi, with its flora and fauna, and the Tomb of the Giants "Sa Domu e s'orku", a perfectly preserved monument of the Nuragic period. We will cross many small and characteristic villages of Marmilla, including the smallest village in Sardinia, Baradili. We will then conclude, with the meeting of a Giant, the majestic Millennial Olive Tree, located in the town of Sini.
