I have done a few of these now at Incarcerated and did the Tortured Soul puzzle room today; really good story line and quite tricky puzzles. Also had genuine scares and a creepy and tense atmosphere! It was a big shame we couldn’t escape but the first puzzle we came across took us a bit of time to understand, but at least we made it to the final puzzle! It is a really great way to spend an evening with friends, I can imagine it would be fun as a team building activity with work colleagues as well. The price has gone up since the first one I did at Incarcerated back in 2016 but then I do think the quality of the room has improved with lights and sounds to add to the whole experience. Great fun and thanks guys for giving me an actual fright which doesn’t often happen!

Co-Decode is an exciting and unique Live Escape Room venue located in Swindon, Wiltshire. Visit us for hand-crafted experiences, high player involvement and immersive gameplay!
My and my now fiancé played the Sub Terra room and Alex the owner helped me to integrate my proposal into the game, it was absolutely amazing and such a special moment, I truly commend the above and beyond work that Alex went through to make this extremely special for both me and my future wife. The room itself was brilliant, all the puzzles were so interesting and very well thought out, we truly felt fully immersed in the room which made the time in there even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We have done a few escape rooms now (one really bad!) and with only 2 reviews for this location we weren't sure what to expect. Per a previous reviewer, we (using Google Maps) ended up at the "trademan's" entrance with the dodgy bell - ignore Google Maps, the main entrance is in the shopping centre on the first floor. Jake our host was personable and welcoming and told us what to expect. We took our belongings with us into the room loose with no problem. The room itself was appropriately furnished and had the right "feel" to it and (without going into detail) had a lot a varying puzzles - a couple of which we really struggled with, but we got the help required - it was possible to get help within the rooms (via a method we hadn't experienced before) or by summoning the host. I do agree with previous reviewer that it would have been nice if "help" from the host could have been given remotely, i.e. without the host having to enter the room. We (TSD) really enjoyed it, even though we failed to escape - we didn't get quite chance to crack the (as we were later informed) last puzzle. Can't comment on the other rooms at this location, but would recommend Atomic Agency.
