We could not have asked for a better trip! Captain Daniel had the boat ready to go when we arrived. After a great introduction and safety lesson we headed out. The water was smooth and the air crisp. Captain Daniel found us the perfect spot and before we could get all the reels in we were bringing up Halibut! Whales and sea lions were swimming around us while we fished. It was picturesque! We almost caught our limit and had to start throwing back huge fish. Finally we got our last under and we were off for a little tour of the bay. We even stopped to watch a black bear swimming from one island to the next. Water was calm all day and it was getting warm out. Time to take the fish in to get processed. Captain Daniels was so patient with all of us! A local processing company picked up our fish and we had fresh halibut for dinner! He even provides lodging in a gorgeous apartment with an amazing view of the ocean. Thanks so much it really was a trip of a lifetime!!!

Looking for a last minute trip for halibut and they were very accommodating and very helpful getting everything we needed. The crew was great and very knowledgeable and professional. They knew what they were doing and we caught some great fish and had a great half day of fishing. Only complaint was the halibut limit. Will be back for other trips in the future.
